The Government of the Republic of Srpska has adopted a Regulation on the allocation of tourist vouchers, defining the conditions and procedures for their use to subsidize accommodation services in hospitality establishments.
The
value of a tourist voucher is 100 KM, and it will be available to adult
citizens of the Republic of Srpska, as well as citizens residing in the Brčko
District who hold citizenship of the Republic of Srpska.
According
to the Regulation, tourist vouchers will be available for use from September 7
to November 30, 2026.
A
voucher can be used to cover accommodation costs for a minimum of two
consecutive nights for one voucher holder in a single accommodation unit.
It can also be used for a minimum of three consecutive nights for two voucher holders staying in the same accommodation unit.
The
measure is aimed at continuing support for the domestic economy and citizens by
subsidizing the use of tourism and hospitality services throughout the Republic
of Srpska.
Hospitality
providers and travel agencies that meet the requirements prescribed by law and
the Regulation will be eligible to participate in the programme.
A
public call for hospitality providers and travel agencies will be published
after the Regulation enters into force.
