THE LARGEST STRAPARIJADA IN KOZILO GATHERED 2,000 HORSE ENTHUSIASTS

The 18th Štraparijada in Kozilo, Drinić, attracted around 2,000 horse enthusiasts.

In the competitive part, the strongest horses belonged to Dušan Lukić, the founder of the first Štraparijada. 

The Tourism Organization of Drinić municipality highlighted that the event drew a large number of visitors, approximately 2,000. 

The competition featured eight categories, with a prize fund of around 23,000 KM. Visitors came from across the country and the region, with horse owners participating from Romanija, Drvar, Bihać, Banja Luka, Brčko, Doboj, Bosanska Krupa, Prnjavor, and Mrkonjić Grad. 

Dušan Lukić's horses once again won in the most challenging part of the competition. The Štraparijada promoted tradition and customs, standing out as the most recognized event in the region. The organizers were the Tourism Organization of Drinić municipality and the Horse Lovers Association "Soko".
