Ingredients for "Snježna Kraljica":
400 g of sour cream or crème fraîche
200 g of rice (cooked in salted water)
300 g of mayonnaise
2 boiled carrots
400–450 g of bologna or ham
2 boiled potatoes
5 boiled eggs
4 pickles
10 olives
1 bunch of parsley
Preparation:
Mix the cooked rice with chopped parsley, boiled eggs, diced bologna, and sour cream. Spread half of this mixture as the first layer in a cake mold.
Add a layer of mayonnaise, then grated potato, grated carrot, some parsley, and diced bologna.
Repeat the layering process until you’ve used all the ingredients. Finish with a layer of mayonnaise.
Decorate with cherry tomatoes, olives, and fresh parsley.
