GOLDEN COLORS FOR A CENTURY OF BANJA LUKA’S FOOTBALL GIANT

Football club Borac Banja Luka is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, marking a century of tradition, success, and strong connection with its supporters. Numerous projects and surprises are being prepared for the red-and-blue fans, and one of the first major announcements arrived at the beginning of February.

The club unveiled a special jersey that Borac will wear during the spring part of the season. The new kit will make its official debut in front of the Banja Luka crowd on February 14, when Borac hosts Mostar’s Zrinjski in what is expected to be one of the most exciting matches of the half-season.

The jersey features the club’s recognizable red and blue stripes, enriched with golden accents on the sleeves and collar, as well as subtle golden details on both the front and back.

The design symbolizes the club’s proud century-long journey and pays tribute to the golden chapters of FK Borac’s rich history, memorable victories, and dreams that have become reality over decades.

A special highlight of the kit is the unique centenary logo, created to mark 100 years of the club’s existence. The emblem represents continuity, tradition, and the enduring strength of Borac throughout time.

In celebration of the historic anniversary, numerous congratulatory graffiti artworks have also appeared across the city on the banks of the Vrbas River, honoring the club’s legacy and its status as a beloved football symbol for generations of supporters.
