Ingredients:


350 ml Greek yogurt

300 g flour

20 g butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 packet of baking powder

A few slices of cheese

A few slices of ham


Instructions:

Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, salt, baking powder, and olive oil until well combined. Gradually add the flour and knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Roll and Fill: Roll out the dough to about half a centimeter thick. Cut it into two equal parts. On one part, evenly distribute slices of cheese and ham.

Assemble: Cover the filling with the second part of the dough. Cut the dough into square portions.

Cook: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the squares for about 4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
