Step 1: Prepare the crust
Combine the ground Plazma biscuits, orange juice, melted butter, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Mix well until a uniform consistency is achieved. Place a cake ring or mold (20-22 cm in diameter) on a serving plate, then press the mixture evenly into the mold to form the base.
Step 2: Prepare the first filling
In a small saucepan, combine the dark chocolate and heavy cream. Heat gently over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated. Add the ground hazelnuts, mix well, and refrigerate the filling to cool and thicken.
