The Olympic mountain Jahorina is set to gain new accommodation and hotel facilities, as the adaptation of the former “Partizan” lodge, originally built in 1959, is expected to take place this year.

offered price set as the key criterion for awarding the contract. The deadline
for downloading the tender documentation is February 18, 2026, while the final
deadline for submitting bids is February 25, 2026, by 12:00 PM. An electronic
auction is also planned as part of the process.

spa center, gym, fireplace lounge, offices, corridors, ski storage room, as
well as exterior decoration of the building. The tender also includes the
supply of bedding, doors, custom-made furniture, and decorative facade
lighting.

of the value of the contracted goods for each day of delay, with the total

of signing the quantitative and qualitative acceptance report. During the
warranty period, the selected bidder is required to repair any defects at their
own expense and respond to fault reports within 72 hours.
Bidders
are allowed to visit the site, inspect technical design documentation, and
carry out precise measurements of the space prior to installation. The selected
contractor will be responsible for taking measurements, manufacturing, and
installing furniture in accordance with the technical documentation, as well as
for any damage that may occur during the execution of works.
The
former Hotel Partizan, built more than six decades ago, previously had
accommodation capacity for 120 guests. According to announcements, after
restoration the facility will feature a modern wellness and spa center,
significantly enhancing Jahorina’s tourism offer.
