The confirmation came after the completion of the registration process in accordance with the Regulation on Quality Systems for Food Products.

The name "Semberski cabbage" can be used for the Bijeljina cabbage variety and hybrids that have similar characteristics when cultivated in accordance with the product specification. It can be marketed as fresh or naturally fermented/sour and must possess the characteristics described in the production specification.

Herzegovinian ćupter is a durable food product, a traditional Herzegovinian sweet that resembles a gummy candy. It is a natural product without added additives, chemicals, or refined sugar.

It is made by cooking black or white or a combination of both grape musts from autochthonous Herzegovinian grape varieties with flour or semolina, or a combination of the two, after which it is traditionally dried in the sun, although other drying methods are also used nowadays.

Fojnica potato refers to potato tubers intended for human consumption, grown on agricultural land located within the administrative boundaries of the Fojnica municipality.

Repovci cheese is a white, brined, full-fat cheese. This cheese is made from full-fat sheep's milk or a mixture of sheep's and cow's milk, where the cow's milk content must not exceed 20%, and it is sold after two months of aging.

Including these four products, a total of 12 products from Bosnia and Herzegovina are currently registered with designations of origin, geographical indications, and guaranteed traditional specialties.

Food products registered with one of these labels belong to higher price categories in the market, and the registered labels provide additional value and recognition to the geographical area from which they originate.

The registered designation is protected from any direct or indirect commercial use for food products not covered by the registration, according to the Agency.
