BANJA LUKA’S FAVOURITE FOOD FESTIVAL RETURNS TO THE CITY ON THE VRBAS

The popular Ćevap Fest, one of Banja Luka’s most anticipated gastronomic events, is returning this year, once again bringing together food, entertainment and the unmistakable taste of the city’s most famous culinary specialty.

From September 1 to 14, visitors will have the opportunity to taste some of the best Banja Luka ćevapi in the beautiful surroundings of Mladen Stojanović Park.

The festival has become a recognizable gastronomic and tourism event in the largest city of the Republic of Srpska, attracting both local residents and visitors eager to discover the authentic flavors of Banja Luka.

Organizers say the list of participating restaurants and producers is gradually being finalized, while those interested in joining the festival still have a short time to submit their applications.

“Only a little time remains for applications. Everyone interested in participating can express their interest by sending an inquiry to hq.newage@gmail.com or via private message on the Ćevap Fest Facebook page,” the organizers announced.

With its combination of local cuisine, entertainment and a relaxed outdoor atmosphere, Ćevap Fest once again promises to put one of Banja Luka’s best-known gastronomic symbols at the centre of the city’s September events calendar.

For visitors, it will also be an opportunity to experience one of the flavors most closely associated with Banja Luka and discover why the city’s ćevapi have become an important part of its gastronomic identity.
