VEGAN MEATBALLS IN 15 MINUTES

Those who choose to fast abstain from alcoholic beverages and food of animal origin, as well as from negative thoughts. we bring you a recipe for meatless meatballs in tomato sauce.

Ingredients: 

220 grams of ground walnuts, 2 slices of bread, water as needed, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, spices to taste, 1 onion, 500 ml of crushed tomatoes.

Preparation: 

grind two slices of bread together with garlic in a food processor. mix ground walnuts with the ground bread, add spices to taste, then add water little by little. the mixture should be moist enough to form meatballs. place formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

Finely chop one onion and sauté it over low heat with a little water. once the onion becomes translucent, add the crushed tomatoes and season to taste. simmer the sauce over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Place the baked meatballs into the tomato sauce and simmer together for about 5 minutes.
