"MONOTIK GROUP" ANNOUNCES A YEAR OF MAJOR CHANGES

In the fast-paced world of the IT industry, stagnation equals decline. Guided by this philosophy, Kenan Mahmutagić, owner and CEO of Monotik Group, today presented a comprehensive business strategy for 2026.

Mahmutagić announced the company’s exit from a phase of “silent development” and its entry into what he describes as a “year of change and transformation.” The strategy is based on building a robust digital infrastructure that will support growth on three key fronts: the development of AI solutions, the entertainment industry, and media innovation.

BREAKING BARRIERS: INFRASTRUCTURE FOR GLOBAL MONETIZATION

One of the core strategic moves will be addressing administrative obstacles that limit domestic IT companies. The owner of Monotik Group announced the establishment of an international legal and financial infrastructure that will enable direct monetization on the global market.

“We will not allow borders to limit us. We are building a system that enables the implementation of In-App Purchase (IAP) models and advanced subscription systems within our applications, exactly as foreign companies do. This unlocks the full revenue potential of the U.S. and European Union markets,” Mahmutagić emphasized.

A NEW DEVELOPMENT ERA: AN AI APPLICATION ‘FACTORY’

The core of the business remains mobile solution development, but with a new approach focused on mass production. The company plans to launch a wide range of new AI-powered utility applications.

“We are not just creating tools; we are building an ecosystem of solutions. Our goal is to use advanced AI technologies to accelerate development and release a series of high-quality applications, while maintaining a strong focus on user experience,” he added.

Behind the scenes, the company is also developing a network of autonomous AI portals—advanced media systems where artificial intelligence independently generates and edits news content, operating 24 hours a day.

MARKETING AS AN INVESTMENT: GOOGLE AND META ADS

Aware that the era of organic growth is largely over, Mahmutagić also announced significant financial investments in paid advertising.

“Having a top-tier product is not enough; distribution is key. That is why in 2026 we are significantly increasing our performance marketing budgets. Our focus is on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). We are building internal infrastructure that allows precise user targeting and optimized return on investment,” he explained.

EVOLVING GAMING PRESENTATION AT THE FAIR

The company is also making a major step forward in the entertainment industry through its Monotik Games division and the development of the game Drekavac. Special attention will be given to the upcoming Fair Days in Gradiška, where Mahmutagić announced a completely new approach.

“This year we are raising the bar. We are organizing the gaming industry presentation at a far more serious and professional level than last year. It will not be just a booth, but an interactive experience where visitors can see the power of this rapidly growing industry, the technology behind game development, and the economic potential it holds,” Mahmutagić stressed.

GRADIŠKA AS AN AI HUB: THE FIRST MAJOR CONFERENCE

As the culmination of these activities, Mahmutagić announced ambitious plans to organize the first AI Conference in Gradiška—an event intended to go beyond local boundaries.

“We don’t want to create just another gathering, but a central technology event for the region. We plan to bring in relevant experts and open serious discussions on the application of artificial intelligence in business. The goal is to position Gradiška as a hub of knowledge and innovation—a place where the future is not only followed, but created,” said the owner of Monotik Group.

EFFICIENCY OVER BUREAUCRACY

Speaking about operational capacity, Mahmutagić highlighted the advantages of a modern, optimized approach.

“Monotik Group operates as a highly efficient system. Through automation, we achieve a level of productivity that would normally require large teams. However, given our planned growth, we remain open to strategic team expansion and the engagement of new talent capable of supporting our vision,” Kenan Mahmutagić concluded.
