The visit of children from Kosovo and Metohija to Foča continued with a tour of some of the region's most remarkable natural attractions, as part of a program organized by the City of Foča.
During the day trip, the children visited the Sand Pyramids, one of the most unique natural phenomena in Republika Srpska, followed by Sutjeska National Park, the oldest national park in Republika Srpska and one of the country's most valuable protected natural areas.
Through spending time outdoors, they had the opportunity to discover the rich natural heritage of the Foča region, its breathtaking landscapes, and the tourism potential that makes this destination one of the most attractive in Republika Srpska.
LOCAL COMMUNITY SUPPORT
The activities were supported by the rafting camps Mata, Drina–Tara, and Tara Sport, which provided lunch packages for all the children, helping make the day both enjoyable and memorable.
The staff of Sutjeska National Park also extended a warm welcome to the young visitors, introducing them to the park's exceptional natural values and ensuring they enjoyed an unforgettable experience.
MEMORIES TO LAST A LIFETIME
According to the Foča Tourist Organization, visits like these offer children a unique opportunity to experience the beauty of Republika Srpska, make new friendships, and create lasting memories through shared experiences in nature.
