INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
50 g
granulated sugar
1
packet of vanilla sugar
1/2
teaspoon baking powder
150 g
all-purpose flour
80 g
melted butter

apples (about 400 g)

little powdered sugar
PREPARATION:
In a
mixing bowl, crack the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla sugar, and beat with a
mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually add the baking powder mixed with flour
to the eggs and continue mixing.
Add
the melted butter and stir until combined.
Peel
and dice the apples. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and cinnamon if desired.
Grease
a 26 cm round baking pan with margarine and line it with parchment paper. Pour
the prepared batter onto the paper.
Arrange
the apple pieces closely on top of the batter.
Place
in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 30-45 minutes (baking time may vary,
so test with a toothpick before removing the cake from the oven).
Once baked, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
