food, and we bring you a great recipe for fried potatoes with water.
Ingredients:
400g potatoes
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
Recipe for oil-free fried potatoes:
Step 1
Prepare the potatoes
Cut the potatoes as desired, then put them in a pot with
boiling water and cook for about 15 minutes. Drain, then add salt, pepper,
sweet paprika, and flour, and mix well. Combine everything well, as reported by
Mondo.
Step 2
Fry the potatoes
In a pan with a little water, fry finely chopped onions,
then add the potatoes once softened. Fry the potatoes until they turn golden
brown. Stir occasionally and if necessary, add a little more water. Don't
overdo it, as it shouldn't be boiled, but fried.
Step 3
Serve the potatoes
You can serve the fried potatoes with a salad of your
choice, as well as with boiled vegetables.
