Soon, our favorite spring fruit, strawberries, will be in season. Whether eaten alone, with sugar, whipped cream, chocolate, or paired with a glass of fine wine, they are irresistible. But why not harness their presence to create the perfect dessert?
Here's a recipe for a spring cake with strawberries and white chocolate that will win over your taste buds and heart.
Ingredients:
500g strawberries
2 packets of pudding mix (any flavor)
1l milk
7 tablespoons sugar
200g petit biscuits
200g butter
100g white chocolate
50g dark chocolate
1 packet of whipped cream
Preparation:
Mix pudding powder with 100ml of cold milk. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan. Once it starts boiling, add sugar and the prepared pudding mix, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Remove from heat when the pudding thickens.
Add butter and white chocolate to the hot mixture, stirring until melted and combined.
In a separate bowl, crumble the biscuits and chop the strawberries into desired size.
Mix the crumbled biscuits and chopped strawberries with the pudding mixture. Pour into a deep dish or mold and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
While the cake chills, prepare the whipped cream and grate the dark chocolate.
Spread whipped cream over the cake and sprinkle grated dark chocolate on top.
Serve the cake chilled.
This refreshing spring cake perfectly combines the sweet and creamy texture with the fresh flavor of strawberries and the rich note of white chocolate. Prepare it for your friends and family and enjoy the taste of spring in every bite.
