INGREDIENTS:

For the biscuit base:

300 grams of ground biscuits (such as Plazma)

200 grams of melted margarine or butter

3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

5 tablespoons of orange juice

For the cream filling:

400 ml of heavy whipping cream

250 grams of mascarpone cheese

3–4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

400 grams of strawberries, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS:

Start by preparing the biscuit base. Mix the ground biscuits with the melted butter, powdered sugar, and orange juice. Press the mixture firmly into a cake mold to form the base.

Next, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Add the mascarpone cheese and continue to mix until smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar and then gently fold in the chopped strawberries.

ad the creamy filling evenly over the biscuit base. Chill the cake in the refrigerator until firm. Once set, slice and serve.
