Legit, an innovative development studio from Banja Luka, specializing in the production of educational video games, presents its latest project – "EUREKA", an interactive video game designed for the informal education of preschool and early school-age children.
Combining entertainment and education, EUREKA allows children to develop pre-reading, language, mathematical, and logical skills through seven fun mini-games, while also fostering environmental awareness and creative thinking. The content is tailored to the linguistic regions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Croatia, and enriched with original music by local musicians.
"We wanted to create a digital environment where children learn naturally, through play, without stress or pressure. EUREKA is the result of collaboration between experts in pedagogy, design, programming, animation, acting, and the world of music," said representatives from Legit.
7 IN 1 – EUREKA INCLUDES SEVEN CAREFULLY SELECTED MINI-GAMES:
Slovarica – Helps children recognize, pronounce, and connect letters with everyday concepts, boosting pre-reading and language skills.
Star Numbers – Introduces children to an intergalactic mission where they learn to write and pronounce numbers from 0 to 9.
Space Race – In a cosmic race, children practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, developing logical thinking and a love for mathematics.
EcoHero – Educates children on proper waste sorting and the importance of recycling, strengthening environmental awareness and responsibility toward nature.
Green Kingdom – Helps children explore and plant native tree species while learning about the animals that consider them their habitat, encouraging curiosity and love for nature.
Zoology – Allows children to explore the appearance and sounds of various animals, improving their ability to recognize and memorize characteristics of the animal world.
Memory – Enhances children’s photographic memory and attention through playing memory card games.
One of the key aspects of the game is its safety—no advertisements or inappropriate content—providing parents with peace of mind knowing that their children are playing in a supportive environment. Regular content updates will also ensure the game remains relevant and fun.
EUREKA will be available for mobile devices—phones and tablets—on both Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS) platforms by the end of April 2025. All news about the video game can be found on the company’s Instagram page and website.
The game was developed in collaboration with experts from the Primary School "Nikola Tesla."
The project "EUREKA – A Video Game for Interactive Education of Children" is implemented with the support of the Challenge to Change 3.0 program, carried out by the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency SERDA in cooperation with the Eda Enterprise Development Agency and funded by Sweden.
