Ingredients:

2 kg of strawberries

2 tablespoons of sugar (per jar)

Instructions:

Begin by rinsing the strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Allow them to soak for 10 minutes, then remove the stems.

Once cleaned, arrange the strawberries neatly in glass jars.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to each jar, then pour boiling water into the jars, filling them to the top.

Prior to sealing the jars, ensure the lids are submerged in warm water to prevent breakage. Seal the jars tightly.

Place the jars in a deep pot and fill it halfway with water. Bring the water to a boil.

Once boiling, allow the jars to simmer for an additional 15 minutes.

After the jars have cooled, invert them upside down, cover with a cloth, and let them sit for one day.

Store the jars in a cool, dark place.
