If you have a children's celebration coming up and you're not sure what dessert to make, try this recipe for a delicious cake with white chocolate and strawberries that will impress your guests.
The necessary ingredients for this phenomenal treat are:
6 egg yolks
250 g sugar
250 g strawberries
750 ml heavy cream
250 g white chocolate
Preparation:
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar, and when the mixture becomes
frothy, place it to cook over steam.
Stir until it becomes creamy.
Remove from heat and whisk until it cools down.
Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, then mash them
with a fork, and then add the heavy cream to the mixture with the egg yolks.
Stir in the mashed strawberries. Put the mixture in a cake
mold and leave it in the freezer overnight.
The next day, melt the white chocolate over steam or in the
microwave, then let it cool slightly.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cake and leave it in the
freezer for another five minutes, then remove it from the mold and decorate as
desired.
