The 14th edition of the international trade fair “Modriča 2025” concluded after a two-day event. As in previous years, the fair was organized by the Municipality of Modriča and the Modriča Development Agency, in cooperation with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and agricultural producers.
This year’s fair featured around 200 exhibitors from China, Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, the Federation of BiH, Brčko District, and the Republika Srpska. Exhibitors presented their products and services in sectors including food, chemical, wood, metal, agricultural, leather, textile, and automotive industries, as well as healthcare, information technology, communications, and finance services. In addition to large companies, a significant number of small producers, local communities, and tourist organizations also showcased their offerings.
The trade fair proved to be an ideal venue for revitalizing business activities, promoting entrepreneurship, and concluding business deals. It provided an excellent opportunity for exchanging experiences, renewing contacts with partners, meeting new business collaborators, and presenting products.
The fair was officially opened by the Mayor of Modriča, Jovica Radulović, who, after visiting the stands, said:
"I would like to thank all exhibitors for their participation. We should be satisfied, because even in globally challenging economic conditions, people work, produce, and survive. These fairs are a chance to exchange good practices and positive examples that our local producers can learn from international guests. I invite all citizens and visitors from neighboring municipalities to take advantage of this opportunity."
Snježana Vujić, Director of the Development Agency, expressed satisfaction with the high turnout of exhibitors and visitors. The opening ceremony was enhanced by musical performances from Milica Vidić, David Nović, and Nemanja Blažević.
During the fair, presentations were held on “Women’s Entrepreneurship in the Run-up to EXPO 2027” and “How to Turn the Invisible into a Visible Brand,” alongside a fashion show featuring the brands “Hertex” and “A la mode.”
