The Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Republika Srpska has issued a public call for hospitality businesses and tourist agencies to participate in the 2026 tourist voucher programme.
Applications are submitted through the unified electronic application “eVoucher”, while all tourism and hospitality businesses that meet the prescribed requirements are eligible to apply.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Eligible applicants must:
have their registered headquarters in Republika Srpska;
have settled all due tax obligations no later than 30 days before submitting their application;
have at least four employees registered for full-time employment in the Unified System for Registration, Control and Collection of Contributions.
Different requirements apply to tourist agencies. Agencies operating in domestic and international markets must have at least two employees, while agencies specialising in domestic or inbound tourism must have at least one employee.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCOMMODATION PROVIDERS
Hospitality businesses must be registered in the Central Information System for Hospitality when submitting their applications.
They must also provide proof of their bank account, a certified price list for bed-and-breakfast accommodation, and a certified confirmation of the number and capacity of accommodation units they are making available to voucher users.
Tourist agencies must submit a copy of their bank account agreement and a valid insurance policy or bank guarantee, in accordance with the Law on Tourism.
REGISTRATION COMPLETED WITHIN EIGHT DAYS
The Ministry of Trade and Tourism maintains a public register of hospitality businesses and tourist agencies on its website.
A decision on registration is issued within eight days of receiving a complete application. Registered businesses may begin providing services to tourist voucher users from the day after their registration.
APPLICATIONS OPEN UNTIL NOVEMBER 30
The public call has been published in the daily newspaper Glas Srpske and on the website of the Ministry of Trade and Tourism.
Applications are open from the date of publication of the public call until November 30, 2026.
