The International Women’s Day Arts and Crafts Fair was held today at Park Petar Kočić, organized by the Bozon Citizens’ Association. The event gathered numerous exhibitors who offered visitors a wide selection of unique handmade gifts in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore and purchase a variety of handmade products – from jewelry decorated with traditional Zmijanje embroidery, paintings, and knitted toys, to hand-painted glass items and elegant silk scarves.
Each item on display was carefully crafted by hand, making them special and unique gifts for March 8, while also representing authentic works that promote the creativity and craftsmanship of local artists and artisans.
The main goal of the fair was to promote local creators, artists, and craftspeople, as well as to preserve traditional handmade techniques.
The event attracted a large number of citizens who, besides buying gifts for International Women’s Day, had the chance to support local artists and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere in the city center. The originality and creativity presented at the fair once again showed the importance of such events for the cultural and social life of Banja Luka.
