The President of the Council, Darko Vrhovac, emphasized that the platform represents an important innovation the city plans to introduce.

“The goal is to have all relevant data in one place—covering education, the economy, and unemployment statistics—so that the City Administration can access unified and up-to-date information. Today, rapid response and timely measures are essential in serving both citizens and businesses. The presented platform is a comprehensive system that is yet to be fully implemented,” Vrhovac stated.

The platform’s creator, Kenan Mahmutagić, explained that the system would enable the City Administration to access real-time statistics, including data on surveyed students, enrollment quotas, labor market needs, and available professions.

“The essence of the platform is to accelerate the implementation of the City Administration’s Action Plan, while digitalizing and streamlining processes in accordance with legal regulations and data protection standards. Previously, these processes were significantly slower,” Mahmutagić said.

Representatives of the education sector also expressed support for the initiative, highlighting the importance of strengthening cooperation between schools, businesses, and local government.

Sanja Pavlović, a professor at the Technical School in Gradiška, noted that the platform aligns with modern trends and brings clear benefits.

“The digitalization of the City Administration and this process is highly valuable. I believe users will recognize its benefits once it becomes fully operational. Although this is just the initial phase, the initiative certainly deserves praise,” Pavlović said.

In addition to the platform presentation, Council members discussed the enrollment policy of secondary schools in Gradiška, the upcoming International Economy Fair “Gradiška 2026,” unemployment data provided by the Employment Office, and other relevant topics.
