The Minister for European Integration and International Cooperation of the Republic of Srpska, Zlatan Klokić, met in Banjaluka with representatives of the American company CyberNet Communications, a telecommunications operator and IT consulting firm that has been operating on the U.S. market for more than 30 years.
During
the meeting, discussions focused on the company’s intention to expand its
business activities in the region, including plans to establish a company in
the Republic of Srpska.
Minister Klokić presented the favorable investment conditions available in the Republic of Srpska, placing particular emphasis on its competitive and stimulative tax policy.
The parties expressed mutual interest in continuing discussions and further specifying potential cooperation in the upcoming period, according to a statement from the Ministry for European Integration and International Cooperation.
CyberNet
Communications is known for investing in the development of international
teams. One such team has already been established in Belgrade, where the
company has hired experts in operations, engineering, dispatching, technical
support, and marketing.
The
meeting was organized with the mediation of the Representation of the Republic
of Srpska in Austria. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy and
Entrepreneurship and the Information and Communication Technologies Agency of
the Republic of Srpska were also in attendance, as stated by the Government of
the Republic of Srpska.
