BALKAN TROPHY ARRIVES IN KNEŽEVO

Kneževo's karate athletes Stefan Knežević, Kabir Mušanović, Stefan Krejić, Helena Mišić, David Teinović, and Anastasija Laketić, led by coach Dejan Ćetković, once again showcased their skills, this time at the 3rd WKC Balkan Karate Championship in Serbia.

The competition, held on April 20th in Aranđelovac, gathered around 500 participants from 5 countries.

Karate athletes from Kneževo, who competed for the Republika Srpska team, won a total of 13 medals and 3 trophies.

Kabir Mušanović won 2 golds (2 trophies) and 2 bronzes. Gold and a trophy in team fights, silver in individual katas, and bronze in individual fights. Stefan Knežević won a bronze in individual fights.

Stefan Krejić won gold (trophy) in team katas and gold (trophy) in team fights.

Helena Mišić won silver in fights. David Teinović won gold (trophy) in team katas, silver in team fights, and bronze in individual fights.

Anastasija Laketić won gold (trophy) in team fights and silver in individual fights.

The remaining two days, the karate athletes spent touring and getting to know Aranđelovac, Karađorđe's Residence, museums, visiting the Ethno Village Stanišić, socializing, and meeting other participants of the competition.
