Young accordionist Đorđe Perić achieved another major international success by winning the 20th International Accordion Festival “Panoniakordion 2026”, held in Murska Sobota, Slovenia.
Perić delivered a brilliant performance and received the maximum 100 points from all members of the international jury, earning the prestigious gold award, according to a statement from the Music School Kornelije Stanković Bijeljina.
The Only Competitor with a Perfect Score
What makes this achievement even more impressive is the fact that Đorđe Perić was the only contestant at the festival to receive the maximum number of points.
He was prepared for the prestigious competition by professor Slaviša Perić, under whose mentorship the young artist has continued to achieve remarkable results at European and world competitions.
Powerful Performance at the Final Concert
At the festival’s closing concert, Perić performed the composition “I Wish You Love” by T. Danon, leaving a strong impression on both the audience and the expert jury.
Another Major International Recognition
“This great result represents another significant international recognition for Đorđe Perić and confirms the continuous hard work, talent, and outstanding artistic quality through which he continues to achieve success at prestigious European and world competitions,” the statement said.
