RENOWNED ITALIAN CHEF SAVINO DIVINCENZO COMES TO BANJALUKA

Banjaluka is set to welcome Italian chef Savino Divincenzo, whose culinary expertise has been recognized by prestigious European gastronomic guides. The talented chef, originally from Barletta in Italy’s Puglia region, will make a guest appearance at Don Sergio restaurant, bringing authentic Mediterranean flavors to the city.

Divincenzo has built an international culinary career and is known for his work at A Pasturela, a charming hotel restaurant in Monticello, Corsica, France.

The restaurant was featured in the 2018 Michelin Guide, receiving the Michelin Plate distinction for its quality cuisine, which combines Mediterranean traditions with Italian influences.

Its reputation was further highlighted in the 2026 edition of the renowned French travel guide Petit Futé, which praised Divincenzo’s Mediterranean dishes, elegant presentation, and authentic flavors.

Among the restaurant’s specialties are crispy octopus tentacles, sea bass with seasonal vegetables, fresh pork sausage with leek cream and asparagus, and roasted lamb with herbs and olive oil mashed potatoes.
