TOURIST VOUCHER PROGRAM IN REPUBLIKA SRPSKA STARTS ON SEPTEMBER 7

A new cycle of the tourist voucher program for citizens of Republika Srpska begins on September 7, 2026, and will run until November 30. The program is designed to encourage domestic tourism and support the local economy by enabling citizens to use subsidized tourist and hospitality services across Republika Srpska.

The value of each tourist voucher is 100 KM.

The vouchers are available to adult citizens of Republika Srpska, as well as citizens with permanent residence in the Brčko District who hold citizenship of Republika Srpska.

The list of participating accommodation providers, hospitality establishments and travel agencies is available on the website of the Ministry of Trade and Tourism, under the “Tourist Vouchers” section. The list will be regularly updated as new providers join the program.

MINIMUM TWO NIGHTS FOR ONE USER

A tourist voucher can be used to cover accommodation costs for a minimum stay of two consecutive nights for one voucher user in a single accommodation unit.

The voucher system also allows two voucher users to stay for a minimum of three consecutive nights in one accommodation unit, under the conditions of the program.

SUPPORT FOR DOMESTIC TOURISM AND THE LOCAL ECONOMY

The continuation of the tourist voucher program is aimed at providing support to both citizens and the domestic economy.

By subsidizing the use of accommodation, tourism and hospitality services, the measure is intended to encourage residents to travel within Republika Srpska while contributing to increased demand for services provided by local tourism businesses.

The new voucher cycle, running from September 7 to November 30, 2026, provides another opportunity for citizens to explore destinations across Republika Srpska while benefiting from subsidized accommodation costs.
