TRNOVO PREPARES A FLAVORFUL GASTRO ADVENTURE

Lovers of good food, nature, and social gatherings will come together on May 31 at the “Keki” picnic site in Rajski Do near Trnovo, where the “II Kotlić Fest Trnovo 2026” will be held as part of the Petrovdan celebrations marking the Day and Patron Saint’s Day of the Municipality of Trnovo.

The competition for the best traditional stew cooked in a cauldron will begin at 11 a.m., while organizers have announced a rich entertainment program featuring live music, barbecue specialties, drinks, and a raffle with valuable prizes.

The most successful teams will also receive cash awards.

The first-place team will win 500 KM, second place will receive 300 KM, while the third-place team will take home 200 KM.

A professional jury will evaluate the dishes based on taste, appearance, and presentation, while organizers emphasize that the festival atmosphere will be filled with positive energy, authentic homemade cuisine, and enjoyment in the natural beauty surrounding Trnovo.

The event is organized by the Municipality of Trnovo and the Trnovo Tourist Information Center with the aim of promoting local gastronomy, tourism, and outdoor social gatherings in the heart of nature.
