Ingredients: a glass of warm water, juice of half a lemon, a few thin slices of fresh ginger, one teaspoon of honey, optional a pinch of cinnamon.
Preparation: add ginger to warm water and let it steep for 5–10 minutes, then mix in lemon juice and add honey at the end.
