OWNER GIFTS NEW CARS TO EMPLOYEES IN A UNIQUE CELEBRATION

The Prijedor-based company "Robini Design d.o.o.", specializing in custom furniture design and production, celebrated its first decade of business in a highly unusual way for the local standards.

 It wouldn’t be a birthday without gifts, and during this celebration, the most deserving employees at "Robini" received not just symbolic tokens, but brand-new cars.

Bojana Joveš, Dalibor Vržina, and Jovana Pilipović were the lucky recipients of these new vehicles. The keys were handed over by the company director, Duško Šalabalija. The surprised employees expressed their appreciation for the generous reward, though they noted, "Knowing Duško, something like this could have been expected."

Director Šalabalija explained that this gift was his way of recognizing and showing gratitude to the people who, through their work and dedication, contributed to "Robini’s" success.

He emphasized that it wasn’t just the years of service that mattered, but the responsibility these individuals had taken on and their attitude toward work. According to him, it's a rare blessing to gather such a remarkable team of people today.

The rewarded "Robini" employees received identical cars, as the director believes they all made equal contributions to the company.

According to Info Prijedor, "Robini Design" hopes that in the coming years, other employees will be similarly rewarded and that the company will continue to achieve even greater success.
