The 11th edition of the International Fair of Local Products in Rudo brought together 170 exhibitors from 32 local communities across Republika Srpska, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro. The event once again showcased the fruits of dedicated craftsmanship and the hard work of local producers.
Visitors
had the opportunity to explore a wide range of high-quality goods, including
premium dairy products, as well as items made from fruit, medicinal herbs, and
flowers. The fair highlighted the richness and diversity of traditional and
homemade products from across the region.
Exhibitors expressed strong satisfaction with the opportunity to connect and network with colleagues from neighboring areas, emphasizing the importance of regional cooperation.
Organizers also noted their pride in the fair’s continued success, pointing out that even in its second decade, the event remains a key meeting point for exchanging entrepreneurial ideas and fostering collaboration.
In
addition to the exhibition segment, the two-day fair featured educational
lectures for beekeepers, providing valuable insights and knowledge-sharing
opportunities. The event also made space for student achievements, alongside
traditional culinary offerings such as hunters’ goulash and fish stew prepared
by local anglers from Rudo.
Overall,
the fair once again proved to be a vibrant platform celebrating local
production, community spirit, and regional partnership.
