“GOLDEN DROPS” INVITES PRODUCERS TO INTERNATIONAL BRANDY EVALUATION IN EAST SARAJEVO

The association “Golden Drops” has invited producers of fruit brandies, strong alcoholic beverages, and liqueurs to take part in a professional quality evaluation to be held on March 28, within the framework of the International Brandy Festival in East Sarajevo.

All types of fruit brandies, strong alcoholic drinks, and liqueurs may be submitted for evaluation. Participation is open to registered distilleries as well as individual producers.

The samples will be judged in separate categories, and the results will be published in bulletins for registered distilleries and for individual participants. Each sample will receive a medal and a diploma for the achieved result, along with a detailed score sheet containing evaluations for all criteria – color, clarity, typicity, aroma, and taste.

The evaluation will be conducted by a distinguished international commission chaired by Ninoslav Nikićević, with members Vele Tešević, Branko Popović, and Davorka Đukić Ratković.

On the day of the Festival, an award and medal ceremony will be held, along with a workshop on fruit brandy production technology and a fair section where a large number of exhibitors from the country and abroad will present their products, the organizers from the association “Golden Drops” announced.

The goal of the Festival is to promote quality, exchange experiences, and improve the production of strong alcoholic beverages. The evaluation will be carried out according to high professional and expert standards.

Organizers have invited all interested parties to take advantage of the opportunity to test the quality of their products and become part of an international festival that gains greater importance and reputation every year.

The Festival will be held in the hall at Trg Republike Srbije in East New Sarajevo, according to SRNA.
