PALJANKA – AUTHENTIC AROMAS OF JAHORINA

The Paljanka distillery is a family-owned craft distillery dedicated to the traditional production of fruit brandies, using high-quality local fruit and time-honored methods combined with modern technology to achieve a stable, rich, and refined taste.

Paljanka has presented its products at the regional trade fair Wine Vision by Open Balkan 2025 in Belgrade, alongside other renowned distilleries from the Republic of Srpska, further strengthening its presence on the regional spirits scene.

In recent years, the distillery has actively participated in numerous fairs and events dedicated to wines and fruit brandies, earning multiple awards and recognitions for quality and authenticity.

Paljanka produces several types of fruit brandies as well as natural juices made from locally grown fruit.

It is particularly renowned for its wild pear brandy, crafted from fruit grown in orchards set in the pristine surroundings of the Jahorina mountain.

Known for its premium quality and the authentic taste of Jahorina, Paljanka emphasizes that its products are not just beverages, but a story of tradition, nature, and a deep passion for creating the perfect flavor.
