The beer was created as part of the practical training of students and teachers at the Agricultural School. This school beer has been officially evaluated by a panel of experts.

The sensory quality assessment of the beer took place at the premises of the Agricultural School in Banjaluka. The panel consisted of Prof. Dr. Aleksandar Savić and M.Sc. Ana Velemir from the Faculty of Technology in Banjaluka, as well as Dragan Vukelić from Horeca RS. According to their assessment, "Maturant" beer shows great potential, with a few recommendations for further improvements in the brewing process.

The evaluation was attended by the school's professors, who, along with the panel, took on the role of beer tasters.

This project brings together knowledge, practice, and the enthusiasm of young people while contributing to the local craft beer scene. Students gain valuable knowledge in the fields of food technology and craft production, while Banjaluka receives another local beer that, with further development, could find its place on the market.
