JANUARY PHOTO WALK AT THE SOURCE OF PLIVA

The unusually warm weather for the beginning of January has enticed nature enthusiasts to visit the source of Pliva.

Photos of the spring of this largest source of drinking water have been published on the Sipovo on line page. 

The sources of Pliva, located in the village of Pljeva, a few kilometers from the Šipovo – Baraći regional road, are the most visited and most attractive location in this municipality.

There are several sources of Pliva, of which two are the main ones. The water springs from beneath the slopes of the Jastrebnjak and Smiljevac mountains.

It is believed that the water at the sources of Pliva originates from the Glamočko field. Clear, transparent. It rushes with all its might over moss-covered rocks.
