DERVENTA HOSTED THE FIRST “OCR VENOM RUN” RACE

Kostreš, near Derventa, was the host of the first “OCR Venom Run” race, bringing together around 180 competitors from Republika Srpska, the Federation of BiH, Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia.

Enthusiasts of running, adrenaline, and challenges faced a six-kilometer course with more than 20 obstacles.

The local community, led by Mayor Igor Žunić, supported this sports event. 

“It is our pleasure, as representatives of the city administration, to support such a magnificent event. Derventa will strive to organize more events like this to promote youth, a healthy lifestyle, and our city,” said Mayor Žunić.

The winner in the men’s category was Aleksa Vuković from Pale, while the fastest among the women was Sara Petak from Banja Luka.
