The announcement was made by Borislav "Boro" Janković, founder of the Zelenkovac Eco Zone – a one-of-a-kind nature retreat that has, for decades, attracted lovers of art, music, and sustainable living.

“After many years of active involvement, I want to open Zelenkovac to new enthusiasts who are ready to take on daily activities and help develop this place further,” said Janković.

The offer includes long-term accommodation in a private bungalow, surrounded by untouched nature. Participants would be involved in various communal duties, such as working at the bar, maintaining the facilities, organizing events, and sharing profits – part for personal living expenses and part for the maintenance and growth of Zelenkovac.

Boro emphasizes that the project also offers freedom and space for individual initiatives and creative input, seeking individuals or couples ready to embrace life in a rural environment.

“We’re looking for people who love nature, working with wood and plants, music, and building a community. Open-minded and responsible individuals who want to be part of an authentic ecological project.
