According to the organizers, the event aims to promote responsible pet ownership, raise awareness about abandoned animals, and collect funds to help the Spas dog shelter prepare for winter. Donations will go toward purchasing gravel and straw, as well as improving the shelter’s outdoor space.

Visitors can look forward to a cheerful, family-friendly day filled with interaction with puppies from the shelter. The event will also feature coffee, donuts, muffins, popcorn, lemonade, a photo corner, and activities for children.

The event also has an educational purpose — citizens will have the opportunity to meet dogs that are waiting to be adopted and learn more about the importance of adoption and animal care.

“Your presence and support would mean a lot to us, because together we can help spread a message of solidarity, empathy, and humanity to as many people as possible,” said the organizers, emphasizing that the way we treat animals reflects the values of our society.
