ICE SKATING RINK OPENED IN TREBINJE AS PART OF THE NEW YEAR AND CHRISTMAS BAZAAR

As part of the “New Year and Christmas Bazaar”, organized by the City of Trebinje and the Tourist Organization of the City, an ice skating rink was officially opened today on the plateau in front of the Cultural Center.

“Although the weather conditions were not very favorable, the New Year Bazaar is very well attended. Today we also opened the skating rink in order to enrich the winter tourist offer in our city. We are trying to introduce new content during the winter season so that our citizens with children, as well as tourists, can enjoy Trebinje. Following the example of major tourist destinations, we decided to add more attractions, and for next year we are planning many new features,” said Jovica Milošević, director of the City Tourist Organization.

The price for renting skates is 2 KM for 30 minutes.

The organizers emphasize that skating is at one’s own responsibility, and children under the age of 12 may use the rink only when accompanied by their parents.

The ice rink will be open until January 23, every day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., reports Trebinje Live.
