The Ministry of Trade and Tourism of Republika Srpska has issued a public call inviting hospitality providers and travel agencies to participate in the process of allocating tourism vouchers within the entity.
To be eligible, hospitality businesses and travel agencies must be headquartered in Republika Srpska or the Brčko District, and must have settled all due tax obligations no later than 30 days before the publication of this call, the Ministry announced.
Additionally, hospitality providers must employ at least four full-time workers registered in the Unified System for Registration, Control, and Collection of Contributions, while travel agencies must have at least two full-time employees and hold a valid license issued by the Ministry in accordance with the Law on Tourism.
Applicants must also demonstrate a measurable level of business loss — such as a decrease in revenue or other quantifiable indicators — that aligns with the strategic goals of encouraging domestic tourism, which the voucher allocation program seeks to support during the current fiscal year.
“Hospitality providers and travel agencies may qualify for participation based on one of the specified eligibility criteria,” the Ministry stated in its announcement.
