The Republic Institute of Statistics recently released interesting information about the most widespread surnames in Republika Srpska.

According to the announcement, the most common surname in Srpska is Savić, followed by Kovačević in the second place.

After Savić and Kovačević, the next most common surname in Srpska is Popović.

The Marković family surname ranks fourth among the most common surnames, while Petrović is in the fifth place.

These data, as stated, are from the Population, Households, and Dwellings Census in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2013.
