For nature lovers, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts, this “virtual walk” serves as a valuable resource and a way to enjoy one of the viewpoints of Kozara National Park before seeing it in person.

Kozara is a national park and a protected area due to its natural and cultural-historical significance. The park’s natural features are highly sensitive, and any change can adversely affect the flora, fauna, ecosystems, and scenic beauty. Nature should be explored on foot, at a leisurely pace—not by car or ATV—as these disrupt the natural characteristics that make the area valuable and distinctive.

The virtual tour project for Kozara National Park was implemented with support from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Banja Luka, the Republika Srpska Pedagogical Institute, Kozara National Park, and financial backing from the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development, Higher Education of Republika Srpska.
