Tonight, from Saturday to Sunday, daylight saving time begins.

At 2:00 AM, the clocks need to be moved forward by one hour, to 3:00 AM. This means we will lose an hour of sleep, but the days will become longer, with more daylight in the evening hours.

Daylight saving time will last until the last weekend of October when the clocks will be set back again to standard time.

The time change can affect the body's natural rhythm, so gradual adjustment, going to bed earlier, and avoiding screens before sleep are recommended.

Don't forget to update the clocks on your devices and enjoy the longer, sunnier days!
