Trebinje will host a unique culinary evening on July 9 as part of the Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World, an event organized by the Embassy of Italy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the City of Trebinje, and the Trebinje Tourist Organization.
From
7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the city's Freedom Square will be transformed into a
celebration of Sicilian gastronomy, where renowned Sicilian chefs will prepare
authentic delicacies using traditional recipes.
Visitors can look forward to the aromas of fresh Sicilian lemons, extra virgin olive oil, handmade pasta, and a variety of classic Mediterranean specialties, offering a true taste of Italy in the heart of Herzegovina.
Organizers
say the event is designed to showcase the richness of Italian culinary heritage
while strengthening cultural ties and providing an unforgettable gastronomic
experience for both residents and tourists.
“Join
us for an evening of exceptional flavors, Mediterranean spirit, and authentic
Italian hospitality that will transform Trebinje into a little piece of
Sicily,” the Trebinje Tourist Organization said in its invitation to the
public.
