Traffic in Bosnia and Herzegovina is moving slowly and with difficulty due to strong winds and heavy rainfall. Driving is particularly risky on mountain roads.

In Serbia, a significant weather change is expected from noon today – a noticeable drop in temperature, a shift in wind to a moderate and strong northwesterly, and rain turning into snow with locally heavier precipitation, according to the Serbian Hydrometeorological Institute.

A red weather alert is in effect in Montenegro due to strong winds and heavy rain, indicating a high level of danger to life and property.

In northwestern Croatia, snow is already falling, and unfavorable weather conditions have led to the suspension of ferry, boat, and catamaran services.

Residents are advised to exercise caution, avoid unnecessary travel, and follow the guidance of relevant authorities.
