CITY GOVERNMENT TO FUND FACADE RENOVATIONS IN TREBINJE’S OLD TOWN

The City of Trebinje has announced a public call for co-financing the renovation of facades on residential and mixed-use buildings located in the Old Town area.

According to the official notice, the City will cover up to 50% of the total renovation costs, with a maximum contribution of 16,000 BAM (VAT included) per building.

A total of 70,000 BAM, including VAT, has been allocated for this initiative.

Interested applicants have until October 10 to submit their proposals, reports eKapija.

This project aims to preserve the historical charm of Trebinje’s Old Town while improving the visual appeal and structural integrity of its buildings.
