THIS SUMMER, DERVENTA BECOMES A WINE DESTINATION

This summer, the city of Derventa will enrich its seasonal program with a brand-new themed event – "Wine Square" (Vinski trg) – which will be held for the first time on August 15, 2025, at Liberation Square (Trg oslobođenja) in Derventa, from 7 PM to 10 PM. The event is organized by the Tourist Organization of the City of Derventa.

The main goal of this manifestation is to promote wine culture, featuring local and regional wineries, as well as authentic gastronomic products. The square will be specially decorated and transformed into a wine promenade, where each exhibitor will have their own space for presenting and offering wine tastings.

Participation in the event is free of charge, and the organizer will provide full logistical support and promotional activities.

To further enrich the atmosphere, the event will include a live performance by a tambura band, and an art exhibition featuring works created during the Patkovača Art Colony 2025—highlighting a blend of taste, tradition, and aesthetics.

Organizers believe that “Wine Square” will become a recognizable event that brings together quality winemakers and an audience that appreciates a true wine experience and pleasant atmosphere.
