ANDRA KIDDO RELEASES NEW ALBUM “VATRA”

After making a strong debut with her first album Tama, Bosnian-Herzegovinian musician Andra Kiddo has released her second studio album, titled Vatra. The new record serves as a conceptual continuation of Tama — more sensitive, passionate, and bold, yet brighter in its emotional tone.

The album features seven tracks, including five brand-new songs and two previously released singles that already gained attention through their accompanying music videos. Alongside the album, Andra unveiled a new video for the title track “Vatra”, directed by the talented videographer Tatjana Dedić Starović. The video is available now on Andra Kiddo’s official YouTube channel.

“Vatra continues the inner journey that began with Tama, but this time from a different perspective — from the fire that purifies, ignites, and liberates. It’s a braver, more stripped-down album that speaks of the strength that comes from openness and freedom,” Andra Kiddo explained.

Music and lyrics for six of the seven songs were written by Nemanja Ristić X, an artist already known to listeners through his solo work and previous collaboration with Andra on Tama.

Vatra presents a mature and refined sound, blending the darker tones of her debut with a new, sensual energy that moves fluidly between darkness and light. With this release, Andra Kiddo reaffirms her artistic identity and creative continuity, remaining true to her vision — free from genre constraints and current industry trends.
