CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL POTATO DAY: "CHEESE AND POTATO DAYS" IN BRATAČ

In anticipation of International Potato Day, the village of Bratač is gearing up for an unforgettable event that will blend tradition, gastronomy, and cultural heritage.

The "Slow Food" Association Trebinje and the Tourist Organization of Republika Srpska have joined forces to revive the Cheese and Potato Days, a celebration of two of the most renowned products of the Nevesinje region.

Under the title "Taste of the Past on the Bridge of the Future," this event will not only be a culinary delight but also an opportunity to acquaint yourself with the richness of the cultural heritage of Nevesinje's villages. 

By choosing the Ovčiji Brod Bridge and the Roman Road as the venue, the organizers aim to highlight the deep connection between the past and present of this area.

This initiative has not gone unnoticed - it has received support from numerous international and domestic organizations, local businesses, as well as cultural and artistic societies, along with enthusiasts and volunteers.
